In addition, for people to be more receptive to change, a more sophisticated implementation strategy is needed as opposed the more traditional methods of execution. This aids in changing the learning and teaching activities that the schooling communities are used to. In turn, the learning communities and the schools may be able to learn from each other in a more effective manner. Multiple perspectives should be enabled, and adequate time for integrating ideas availed. A great environment that enables learning should also be provided in order for people to be increasingly receptive to the impending change. The simplified change model was applied with the aim of managing the implementation. This change model is used in a vast capacity in the implementation of education reforms. As a result, it improves the quality of the schools by changing the complex systems in these institutions, and transforming them into manageable systems. These changes include changing the curriculum extensively, as well as the evaluation and improvement of the administration in the schools. In retrospect, this model was the best choice since it resulted to the improvement in the schools (Hale, 2008).
